The Skils'kin Human Resources department is hiring a new team member!

As an HR Coordinator with Skils'kin you will support our employees and customers by coordinating various programs within the company to include recruiting, benefit enrollment, training, and health and safety. This position is responsible for administering and implementing internal programs for Skils'kin. Ensure training meets the expectations of our safety, skills, and empowerment programs. Will provide HR support to meet changing business and employee needs, compliance updates, and safety initiatives. Will work with HR team to ensure alignment with internal requirements and overall business strategies.

Experience and education:

• We prefer applicants with experience; however, we are willing to train.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
• Respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities is required.

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time/hourly position with pay issued every two weeks. Benefit package includes medical, dental, life and disability benefits, as well as participation in our 401(k) retirement plan. Paid time off (vacation, sick leave and paid holidays).
