Job description

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for managing repairs, expenses, and utilities for a portfolio of leased locations across the US.

This can include processing invoices, following repair requests from start to finish, setting up or disconnecting utilities, and managing the installation and removal of interior and exterior signage.

This long term contract role will provide extensive training, and offers a supportive and collaborative environment.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Check invoices against lease agreements to ensure correct amount is being paid and billed
  • Receive work orders from branches across the country
  • Schedule vendors to complete work orders
  • Track work order ticket start to finish, follow up with branch to ensure work was completed correctly

Compensation:

  • $20/hr

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an administrative assistant, dispatch, scheduling, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven success managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
