We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a Business Analytics Developer to join our Technology team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist clients in all areas of Power BI:
- Data Modeling, Development of reports and dashboards, Application integration (Power Platform), Troubleshooting of Power BI reporting solutions, Data validation and investigation of data issues, and Performance monitoring and tuning
- Continually enhance the usability and performance of our BI Dashboards and Reporting solutions
- Power BI platform administration
- Monitor technology updates and emerging products. Provide recommendations for BI enhancement roadmap.
- Provide mentoring and training of Power BI to peers and clients
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Services or Computer Science
- 5+years experience as analytics developer.
- Experience developing Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query
- Experience setting up data refreshes via Power BI Gateway
- Experience with reverse-engineering other reporting tools to facilitate migration to Power BI
- Experience implementing and administering Power BI
- Experience supporting data analytics/data modeling projects
- Experience leading citizen developers
