THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION LOCATED NEAR 70TH & GREENFIELD AVE IN WEST ALLIS, WI.

THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM.

BASIC FUNCTION:

Act as a resource to all bank departments and employees to enforce compliance throughout the bank. Work closely with the BSA Officer to ensure all BSA/AML compliance requirement are met.

DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

May perform any or all of the following:

* Assists with the oversight of the alert monitoring, investigations, Enhanced Due Diligence, quality assurance, Customer Identification Program and Currency Transaction Reporting reviews.
* Manage more complex investigations and investigate suspected cases of activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion and financial elder abuse; Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with FinCENs guidance.
* Ongoing maintenance of BSA/AML Department procedures.
* Perform periodic Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) reviews of the Banks high-risk customers, 90-Day Reviews of previously filed SARs, Branch Referrals of potentially suspicious activity, 314(a) and 314(b) information sharing requests.
* Identify areas of improvement on existing processes and recommend enhancements or changes to maximize effectiveness.
* Assist the BSA/AML Department Officer in preparing for internal/external audit reviews as well as regulatory examinations.
* Assist with special projects that require BSA/AML or supervisory skills, knowledge and expertise.
* Mentor, guide and coach teammates.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

* High school diploma or equivalency. Higher education recommended. ACAMs certification a plus.
* Minimum of five years banking experience including branch/platform experience and 2 years direct work experience in BSA/AML area.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Public speaking/presentation skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task.
* Requires organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well independently and with others.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

Must be able to operate computer and other basic office equipment.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires prolonged sitting. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment. Requires normal range of speech, hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.

TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

Must complete responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner on a regular basis. Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people by telephone and through e-mail in a professional manner.
