We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and possess strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting including job posting, pre-employment screening, interviewing, and employee on-boarding
  • New hire orientation and training
  • Administer benefits enrollment meetings and process enrollments
  • Work closely with payroll administrator to process new hires, benefits, compensation plans, and employee separations
  • Assist in worker's compensation claim processing
  • Address employee relations issues and questions
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, pay plans, employee benefits, employment laws, and communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Participate in wage and unemployment surveys
  • Schedule and manage company/employee events
  • Provide guidance to management regarding disciplinary action and terminations
  • Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be willing to travel to dealership locations in Southeastern WI (25% of the time)
  • Performs other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
