Job description

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the HR team to complete short and long term tasks

• Update and enter associate's data into the HRIS System

• Assist the HR department in administering HR training courses

• Administer the pre-employment process to new candidates

• Enroll and educate new employees on our Time keeping system

• Assist with other tasks including payroll, clerical duties, employee relations & various company programs/initiatives

• Answer any questions associates may have regarding Human Resource issues

• Assist in organizing HR files in accordance to HR laws and record retention policies

• Assist with daily duties

Part-time paid position

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

• Pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Attention to detail

• Organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction

• Flexibility

• Time Management

• Work in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Must be willing to adapt to shifting requirements or priorities

• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
