Work Environment:

What You'll Do:

  • Functions as a broad-based Human Resource Generalist to lead and consult Operations on the development and implementation of HR strategies.

  • Drives engagement, talent development and HR strategies for new and existing locations as assigned.

  • Provides support to the Director(s) and SVP of Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.

  • Works closely with other functional partners to reduce re-occurring themes and pro-actively pursues continuous improvement.

  • Ensures the alignment and consistency of policies and programs with Duluth's mission, values and leadership principles. Leads and develops direct reports on all areas of human resources.


What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ Years of Human Resources or Equivalent Leadership Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or combination of education and experience

  • Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and company information

  • Experience and knowledge with state and federal laws associated with Human Resources

  • Excellent organizational, communications and leadership skills
