Badger Brothers Moving, LLC is a household moving company based in Madison, WI. We're gearing up to open a BRAND NEW location in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area, and we're looking for career-oriented, strong, intelligent, charming movers to help us continue to build the GREAT reputation we've developed for being the best movers in Wisconsin! A job with Badger Brothers Moving is a fun, flexible job that allows you to work outdoors and make great, consistent money in the form of hourly wages and cash tips.

We are currently hiring both laborers and crew leaders/supervisors. Our movers earn up to $18-25/hour with wages, tips, and bonuses. Like any tipped position, the sky's the limit!

We have immediate full-time positions available for the right candidates. Experience in customer service and/or manual labor is helpful, but anyone with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills should apply. The right candidates will grow with us as we continue to expand throughout Wisconsin and beyond!

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1.) Our absolute most important job requirement is customer service. We are looking for people who are outgoing, easy to talk to, and enjoy small talk with customers.

2.) You must be able to easily lift and carry 75lbs.

3.) No moving experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know in our rigorous training program.

4.) Preference given to those with weekday and weekend availability

5.) Reliable transportation is helpful. If you do not have a vehicle, you may be able to carpool with other employees.

Key Benefits:

1.) $12-15/hour base hourly rate PLUS eligibility for a WEEKLY bonus up to $80/week, PLUS big cash tips every day. Total earnings amount to roughly $18-25+/hour.

2.) Optional overtime hours available (paid at time and a half).
