Job description

Reception holiday cover needed in Aberdeen including weekend work

Your new company
Our client is a nationally known brand that provides high end accommodation for it's tenants.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring tenants receive a fantastic and warm reception. You also will be responsible for general administrative functions throughout the day including filing, email and telephone handling. This will placement will run over a 2 week period consisting of five 12 hour shifts.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience in working in a similar customer facing, administrative role and the ideal candidate will be a natural at building rapport with tenants. You will have strong IT skills and be proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
