What you will be doing;
We have a great opportunity for temporary Registration Associates to work within our Market Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting others with the management of all service requests raised by wholesale customers, using request fulfilment processes and wholesale systems, ensuring they are delivered in line with the market codes.

You will need an eye for details ensuring our data is up to date, accurate, and in line with market obligations, company policies, whilst meeting business objectives within service level agreements This role requires you to be able to multi-task, as not only will you be responsible for the desk analysis, you will also be required to raise invoices on chargeable services if and where required.

You'll also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other business areas to ensure that operational queries regarding Registration processes and transaction errors are managed in a timely manner.

We're looking for you to:
  • Have good communication skills; verbal, listening, written, and expression
  • Strong customer management skills with both internal and external customers
  • Good commercial awareness and will have the ability to lead where required
  • Excellent ability to motivate and good with time management within a pressurised environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly, and apply learning to new situations
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
  • Computer literate, full office suite experience, competent using analytical database software
  • Confident in engaging with other teams and recognising business unit needs, to ensure correct data is in the market
