Job description

ExamWorks are looking for a number of Customer service driven individuals with excellent administration skills and brilliant telephone manner, to join us in our Crewe offices.

We are an accident management specialist. We aim to provide a hire vehicle or issue repairs to a customer, getting them back on to the road as smoothly and quickly as possible, following their car accident.

We have a few of our teams currently looking for new staff, the winter is always our busiest period and this year is no different.

Our customers are calling us to report a car accident so you may be required to answer their call and record all of the information regarding the accident, so it's important that you are able to listen and take care of the customer. You could be working in our Service team, updating customers of the progress of their claim, answering any queries about their hire car etc or you could in our hire team, where we chase repairs, arrange collections of the repaired car, obtain missing information from anyone else involved in the accident or the claim.

*What we ask of you: *

- You should be empathetic and understanding of each of our customer's situations.

- To have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- To have a brilliant telephone manner, customer service driven with a positive attitude towards work.

- Be able to remain professional, even when in challenging situations.

*Experience required: *

You must be confident in a computer and should be familiar with all Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel.

You don't need to worry about having any prior claims experience or to have come from an automotive industry, we provide full classroom training and you will learn everything you need to know in our academy, with support and coaching throughout your training period. Some form of customer service experience, where you have either dealt with customers face to face or over the telephone, in a previous role, would be desirable.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 + 1 Saturday in 4 paid at time and a half.
