Location: Northwich

Hours: 8am-8pm
Our Pay rates vary in each package but range from:
£11.20 - £12.32 (inclusive of holiday pay, Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays)

Welcome to Jane Lewis Complex Care at Home. We are a highly renowned Care Provider for vulnerable Children & Adults with Complex Healthcare needs in their own home. We build tailored person-centred Care Packages to enable our service users to lead a better quality of life. We would like to hear from experienced support workers and care assistants who are committed, reliable and have a keen interest in Complex Care.

What is the role?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the day to our client at their family home in Northwich
Our service user is an older gentleman that lives at home with home with his wife and family, he suffers with diabetes and possible dementia. Duties will involve personal care, medication, continuous monitoring, prompting with fluid and nutrition.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent, and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full UK Driving Licence is preferred

* 12 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All our care staff are provided with correct PPE and regular COVID testing.

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Northwich, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
