Full attendance requiredContract: PermanentAs part of your employment we will need to conduct an advanced level security clearance for you and therefore can only take applications from candidates with valid passports and also must have lived in UK for the last 3 years continuously. You must also be able to produce detailed career history for the last 3 years including evidence. This must be added to your CV on your online profile, with correct reference type, covering all employments, academics and gaps in employment on a continuous date order.Day to day responsibilities of the Customer Service RepresentativeWorking on behalf of a reputed public sector client you will play a key role in providing information and support to a global customer base and creating a unique customer experienceYou will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.You will handle inbound customer service calls regarding general queries, advice on application, appointment booking and payment calls.Attention to detail is essential as the role involves a great deal of data capture and adherence to policies and procedures we are governed byWorking as part of a team you will work in a busy fast paced environment, be proactive and have a resolution driven approach.With an hour of rest time (made up of 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks) you will always have time to catch up with friends, get something to eat in the town centre, or perhaps grab some fresh air and go for a walk.
