Our hard work in these UK Sectors has now generated the need for additional support within the Recruitment function at our HQ in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. We are looking for motivated Engineering Recruiters with proven experience of recruiting for technical positions (at all levels) to join our team on a permanent basis.

Criteria

* Solid recruitment experience across Engineering, Construction or Heavy Industrial Sectors - gained within RPO, in-house or possibly an agency environment

* Track record of providing a high quality, erudite recruitment function

* Experience of developing recruitment strategies in the attraction of Project/Technical Professionals across a range of difference disciplines. Any/all of the following:

Engineering:

* Civil Engineering

* Civil Design (Steelwork/RC)

* Process and Systems

* Electrical Engineering

* Instrumentation and Control

* Commissioning

* Quality

* HSE

Project: Cost, Risk, Planning, Controls, Commercial

* Highly proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to attract the best and relevant candidates.

* Highly conversant with ATS. Vulcain operates SalesForce **training can be provided**

* User of EdF WIMS Vetting portal desirable

* Highly organised, extremely professional individuals with experience and knowledge of GDPR in the handling of highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion and confidence

* Natural problem solvers who take personal accountability for their work

* Ability to work at pace with agility to respond to different, sometimes simultaneous demands

* Proven ability to work autonomously using own initiative but also able to enthusiastically collaborate with the broader team

* Tenacious and hardworking

* Superior communication skills, verbal and written ** French speaker is desirable but not essential**

* Natural team players who integrate quickly

* Cultural awareness and an ability to work with multinational teams

* A sense of humour, positivity and can-do attitude
