Amorino is the leading premium gelato brand with over 200 stores in 18 Countries.

Created almost 20 years ago by 2 Italian childhood friends, Amorino mixes gourmet food to artistry by delivering delicious ice cream shaped into carefully crafted roses.

Amorino uses only natural products and makes its own gelato without flavour enhancers, artificial coloring nor flavouring. To complement its large range of luxurious gelato flavours, Amorino serves waffles, crepes, macaroons and a wide range of hot and cold gourmet beverages.

To sustain its fast expansion, Amorino is currently looking for 2 multi-sites Area Managers who can lead by example and drive collaboration and engagement in their team. Based in London, you will be managing a team of Store Managers, Supervisors and Shop Assistants and will make sure that our stores operate legally, effectively and efficiently.

You will be in the field but will also partner with the Management Committee to advise on new strategies and processes.

This role would suit a current Multi-Site Retail Manager or a Store Manager who is ready to take it to the next level in his career.

The successful candidate is:

  • A great communicator, an ambitious leader who is able to engage, inspire and train their teams to deliver exceptional work standards;
  • Organised and able to multi-task and perform effectively within a highly pressurised working environment
  • highly motivated, drive results, pro-active, resilient and able to take initiatives as well as delegate when necessary.
  • Able to ensure that the shops operate to their full potential in terms of sales, margins and H&S and hygiene standards.

The selected Area Manager will be responsible for:

  • Training and coaching on brand standards
  • Dealing with sales, stock, labour management, wastage.
  • Being in charge of the operations of 3 to 5 stores
  • Planning shifts and making sure rotas are effective

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year retail and food experience is a must
  • Communication and team spirit are essential skills
  • Commercial awareness and Customer Service
  • Organized and collected
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work min 45 hours a week

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 25£K-31£K p/y pay depending on experience
