Art Director - Up to £50k
London based and is flexi-remote

Our client is an excellent London based agency and they are looking for a Art Director to join the team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone who thorough and expansive knowledge of brand behaviour and consumer insights in all integrated creative channels, as well as experience of conceptualising and implementing multi-platform thinking.

The Role:

• Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
• Ensuring a high standard of visual execution
• Creating scamps that sell your vision to client facing standards
• Inspire and motivate everyone within the department to produce award-winning work within all the respective creative channels
• Work closely with and form a trusting working understanding with the Creative Services department
• Have the ability to self-manage and also delegate multiple briefs from initial concepts through to implementation and presentation
• Work closely with copywriters, working individually and as a team when required
• Build strong forward-thinking relationships with Account handling teams

Essential:

• Have a thorough and expansive knowledge of brand behaviour and consumer insights in all integrated creative channels
• Know how brands work and understand the consumers' needs in the marketplace
• Have the knowledge and experience to conceptualise and implement multiplatform thinking, a full consumer journey, from TVC, to digital, to in-store activation to brand experience
