You will be interacting with clients regarding the delivery of their training programmes, whether that be one off events or longer ongoing programmes.Main Responsibilities:Liaising with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition of tasks after proposal/contracting phase (using Salesforce) when new business is won and needs to be delivered.Working closely with Sales to strengthen client relationships, picking up all logistics for the delivery of training events, both virtual delivery and face to face training in classrooms.For multi day deliveries, especially for graduate programmes, producing project plans to ensure all milestones, deliverables and deadline dates are stuck to by Zishi colleagues, external trainers and other suppliers who may be involved in the delivery.Having been briefed by Sales, communicate with the trainers to ensure they are up to date on client needs for training programmes based on what has been sold, ensuring key dates are diarised, programme materials are updated through the Graphics team in a timely way, and delivery is in line with client requirements and are summarized accurately in advance in the trainer checklist.Managing all technology requirements for programmes eg set-up of links for virtual classrooms, recording, quizzes, exams, simulations etc. and communications to the client in a seamless fashion via joining instructions.Trainer coordination and support including: Responsible for date schedule of training programmes, liaising with the client and with the trainer on availability. Follow the policies and procedures set by Zishi for booking travel, arranging visas and accommodation for trainers if required. Responsible for ensuring trainer contracts and background checks are done by others in the team.Working with Sales to ensure that Statement of Works and Terms and Conditions of Business are sent to the client in a timely way before training takes place and ensure all contractual documents are completed and signed ahead of the delivery of training programmes, where needs be escalate to CEO on delays.Overseeing customer/client satisfaction/feedback process post programme.Managing participant attendance lists pre/post course delivery and the creation of Certificated by the Graphics team.QualificationsYou are a highly organised, proactive and self-driven person, able to work against tight deadlines with outstanding prioritisation skills. The right candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail.Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
