Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to undertake a varied commercial property role within a popular London local authority.

This assignment will be an initial 3 month contract, with the view to extend on a rolling basis. It is a full-time role paid at a competitive £30 - £40 per hour dependent on experience, and will require office presence for 3 days per week with 2 days remote working.

The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a friendly team which predominantly focuses on matters related to Commercial Property. The role will involve dealing with:

Landlord and Tenant matters
Leases
Licenses
Disposal acquisitions
Multi million pound transactions
Regeneration/Development projects

The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will have previous local authority experience, or outstanding knowledge of Commercial Property within private practice. They will be an enthusiastic team-player, who is hard-working and confident in managing their own caseload without supervision. We are looking to recruit someone to start as soon as possible.
