The company are a fast growing fintech with both B2B and B2C service offerings. Based in London.

Job Description

  • Responsible for collaboration with partners to plan and deliver initiatives to grow traffic and awareness.
  • Responsible for setting the agenda and delivering digital solutions that drive an optimal customer experience.
  • Development of testing and review strategies to support optimisation programmes.
  • Responsible for the development of the tools and processes that will ensure a robust understanding of online conversion performance and ongoing reporting.
  • Delivery of initiatives ranging from approval, solution development, technical implementation and testing of solution, working closely across the business including IT, Legal and Compliance, Business Transformation and Commercial.
  • Provide support for promotional and conversion activity (ranging from technical changes, wireframe construction, artwork development and acquisition planning).
  • Support broader change initiatives, including new partner and product launches.
The Successful Applicant
Essential
  • Robust knowledge of Online Acquisition models and conversion management.
  • Strong digital capabilities and deep understanding of how digital solutions can improve customer experience, application and conversion rates.
  • Robust understanding of User Experience, User Centred Design and Web Design.
  • Good understanding of A/B and MVT testing and successful application.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing small and medium digital projects in a demanding environment to tight deadlines - ensuring smooth change delivery, testing and controls in place.
Desirable
  • Ability to develop and deliver a strategic digital roadmap.
  • Knowledge of the credit card sector and its products, or relevant experience in Financial Services.
  • Understanding of acquisition offer strategies ability to influence click through and customer engagement with the product
  • Ability to identify relevant industry standards and emerging opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering multiple initiatives concurrently.
