We have a strong fixed income pipeline through our multi-asset offering and need a dedicated Fixed Income Sales Manager to ensure we capitalize on the rapid electronification of the market.Responsibilities will include:Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment selling fixed income and foreign exchange order and execution management system to asset managers and hedge fundsActively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive hunting/prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planningDeveloping solution proposals addressing all aspects of the softwareParticipating in the creation, presentation. and sale of a complete value propositionShaping the future product direction, and becoming a thought leader in the spaceIdentifying partnership opportunities with complementary companiesProven technology sales professional with front-office experience, and a track record of successIndustry experience in fixed income and / or foreign exchangeKnowledge of trading platforms landscape, competitors, & functionalityUnderstanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts trading platformsEstablished relationships in financial services companies would be highly valuedExperience giving demos to prospects is desirableSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver resultsStrong communication skills and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally to solve problems, create opportunities, and execute creative, winning solutions for the clientAbility to work with both local and remote team membersFlexTrade Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other status protected by law.FlexTrade UK Ltd. conducts a pre-employment screening which consists of a Criminal History, Background and Credit Check for successful candidates.
