This growing B2B IT consultancy works with well-known businesses to streamline their business operations.

Graduate Customer Success Executive - £25-30K ? West London

This is a pivotal role within the business where you will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and success of the company solutions. You will act as a primary point of contact for existing customers and take responsibility for ensuring that customers get the best experience possible, promoting retention and loyalty. You will engage positively with customers at all stages of the lifecycle, ensuring their needs are anticipated and understood. There will be regular liaison with a variety of internal teams in order to improve and build value of company solutions. Essentially, you will be a key member of the customer success team, acting as a bridge of communication between customers and internal departments.

This company are looking to hold an assessment day on Wednesday 24th November.

(Please note, this is a heavily communications-based role but is not a sales position)

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships
Provide support and assistance throughout the contract lifecycle
Follow up on existing opportunities and proposals
Act as a point of contact if any issues arise
Build a strong knowledge of client products and services
Engage and meet with key customers on a regular basis
Identify and qualify customer issues

What Do You Need?

Ideally a 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in your chosen degree subject
Excellent verbal communication skills as a key part of this role is communicating with customers
Highly self-motivated
Confident to learn relevant IT terminology in order to have successful conversations with customers
Ideally a valid EU driving licence as you will regularly need to meet existing customers in a variety of UK locations
No prior experience is required, however any relevant experience in a similar customer success, account management, sales or related role would be a bonus
Available to complete a face-to-face assessment day on 24th November
