We are a B2B SaaS company looking for Business Development Executive to support our sales and marketing team with generating leads through inbound and outbound methods.

Home-based within easy commute of London for meet-ups
£22,000 - £40,000 Base DOE plus £29,500 - £47,500 OTE Uncapped

The Business Development Executive Role:

You'll be working closely with our CEO, Commercial Director and Head of Marketing. The key goals of the role:

+ Demand generation - Support the marketing team with all demand generation activities.
+ Lead generation - Work with sales and marketing to generate and nurture leads.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Sales campaigns - Write and manage email and LinkedIn sales outreach through personalised and automated means.
+ Manage responses - Manage prospect responses, score leads, follow-up in a timely method and manage prospects in the correct automation workflows.
+ Book meetings - work independently and alongside the sales team to turn prospects into meetings.
+ Phone outreach - Call both cold and previously-engaged prospects to research their needs and to book meetings.
+ LinkedIn - Use LinkedIn to engage with target prospects on behalf of other team members and the CEO.
+ Research and Store visits - Research clients online and visit their stores in order to personalise communications to them.
+ Campaign ideation - Use research insights to help the marketing team formula campaign ideas.
+ Presentations - Create presentations and proposals for target industries, accounts and prospective clients.
+ List management - Build and manage contact lists using our database tools and freelancer support.
+ Distribution - Support the marketing team with dissemination of marketing campaigns.
+ Demos - Build demos of our software platform to support the sales team.
+ Demo meetings - Run demo meetings independently.
+ CRM administration - Ensure all company contacts exist within the CRM/marketing automation tool (HubSpot) and work with the sales team to ensure proper CRM administration to support marketing campaign activities.
+ Bid/tender management - Support the sales team with RFP tenders as and when required.
+ Events - Support the marketing team with driving event registrations, attendance and follow-up.
+ Meeting supports - Attend sales meetings with clients and prospects to take notes for the CRM.
+ General - Generally support the CEO, Commercial Director and Head of Marketing with their day-to-day activities focussed around sales and marketing.

About You:

+ Previous sales experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
+ A proven track record of strong client relationships.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Have drive, enthusiasm and a keenness to succeed
+ A desire to build a successful sales career
+ Competitive and passionate
+ Highly organised and self motivated with excellent time management

Technical Experience:

+ Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
+ Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
