Exciting and lucrative opportunity to work with a leading global CRO on a wide range of early-phase projects

* Fully home-based (UK)
* £450-550/day (inside IR35)
* 6 month contract (very likely to extend, option to convert to permanent position after initial 6 months)
* Starting ASAP (ideally within 2 months)
The SSU Manager is responsible for providing customer-focused leadership in the execution of operational strategy and management of start-up activities for projects or programs. This includes but not limited to the overall management and oversight of the following processes: site feasibility, regulatory approvals, and sitecontracts. May be assigned to manage the site start-up activities for a country, region, or global trial.
This position works directly with Clinical Monitoring, Project Management and Clinical Trial Managers in setting priorities and expectations for study start-up.

The ideal candidate for the Study Start Up Manager (SSU) position will have:

* BS /BA/BSc or equivalent in a health-related field plus 7 years of related clinical trials experience,
* 2-3 years project lead or management experience
* OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience
