Job description

One of the much-loved treasures of The Cotswolds, The Lamb Inn is part of the long established Cotswold Inns & Hotels group.

This busy 17 bedroom hotel, including a 2 rosette-awarded Restaurant, Bar and garden is popular with the locals and visitors to Burford.

It is a high-volume, fast paced environment

You will be part of a team of CDPs and will be an integral part of the Food Safety Management within the kitchen.

The ideal candidate for the CDP role will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills.

You should be capable and confident within any section of the kitchen
