Location: St William House, Tresillian Terrace, South Glamorgan, CF10 5BF

Pay Rate : £10.32 per hour

You will form part of the Motor Operations Team - a fantastic team within Lex Autolease with an important role to play. Their purpose is to fulfil our customer mobility needs, with a vision to deliver customer excellence, responding to changing customer needs and is a great place for colleagues to work.

You will be working within a busy contact centre , where you will be the first point of contact applying customer service expertise to new and existing customers with their financial & service needs via a range of channels. You will build effective trusted relationships with our customers on every call you take, and by listening carefully and asking the right questions, you'll identify and promote the best possible outcome.

ROLE:
  • Working patterns: Monday-Friday between 08:00 to 20:00, Saturday 08:00-18:00 and Sunday 08:00 - 16:00 worked on a rotational basis
  • 35 hours a week
  • Contract until end of 2021, potential to be extended and going permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage inbound customer calls
  • Take complete ownership of customer problems
  • Respond to telephony, digital and admin based customer queries
  • Investigate complex enquiries through to solution

SKILLS:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Ability to embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
