We need people to join the Product team who can develop new ideas, deliver outcomes, and help define go-to-market positioning.Job SummaryBrandwatch has a dedicated Demand Generation team that builds strategic, cross-discipline, fully integrated marketing campaigns. Working in the Growth Marketing team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of digital advertising, collaborating with a group of motivated marketing professionals.You'll plan and execute global digital advertising campaigns across all major paid search, social and display channels whilst working with multiple stakeholders from across the organisation.To be successful in this position, you should have a mindset that is both logical and creative, possess strong communication skills and be poised in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Manage global digital advertising campaigns across all major paid search and social channelsCreate highly targeted campaigns and deliver high quality leads to the sales teamsProject manage digital advertising campaigns from start to finishDefine clear campaign initiatives, clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on themDevelop target personas and strategic messaging that will feed into our target account strategiesWork closely with the content, website and design teams to produce necessary assets for successWork closely with sales teams to ensure lead qualityManage the global digital advertising budget in accordance with revenue targetsWork closely with the field marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns run optimallyReport on campaign and channel performance metricsKeep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid MediaSkills and Experience:At least 4 years of experience working within digital marketingExperience working with paid advertising platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Microsoft AdsSolid organisational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areasSelf-starter mentality - ability to "take a project and run with it"Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritise tasks and projects effectivelyExperience of managing and directing paid media teamsAt Brandwatch, we offer flexible and remote working, a competitive benefits package, an extensive people development program, including LinkedIn Learning for every employee and in-house courses such as our Brandwatch Leadership Development program, and community-focused groups, such as our Diversity & Inclusion and Green committees.Working at Brandwatch: Our values are about being authentic, bold, and creative.
