"This role sits within the Engineering support team, primarily set up to provide technical breakdown support to the Solid Waste Plant. The expertise within the team has allowed us to expand our support to include plant enhancements and bespoke projects. The Engineering support team remains relatively small requiring flexibility and co-operation throughout the delivery process. Team members are experts in their field with the ability to lead packages of work and deliver compliant solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi disciplined team delivering complex engineering solutions across a broad range of heavy duty process plant. Applicants will be highly motivated engineers with a strong track record of problem solving, working independently or as part of a project team."
Person Specification:
Mechanical Design Engineer with Project Management experience
Essential- Current Experience in the design, build, commissioning and maintenance of heavy duty process plant.
Essential - Experience of work within a regulated industry
Experience of investigation and fault finding across a broad range of industrial equipment
Essential - Understand and enable the development of complex design drawings and specifications.
Essential - Understand the application of design standards.
Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent in specialism.
Member of an appropriate professional engineering institution

Progression is available within the pay bands which does exceed the higher end of the range provided
