Job description

Quantity Surveyor required for a permanent role in Gloucestershire for a high end residential company

What the role entails:

Producing accurate monthly forecasts
Liaise with Commercial department
Preparing costs whilst maintaining financial accuracy when reporting on each scheme
Maintain cost control, value & risk management strategies
Encompass all aspects of surveying
Manage final accounts

Desirable:

Experience in High End Residential Projects
Experience in Surveying in the Painting & Decorator sector

Please only apply if you possess the following:

Worked over 5 years as a QS in the High End Residential sector
Ability to be self-motivated and work co-operatively as part of a team
Up to date recent commercial awareness
Ability to use initiative in resolving problems

Salary & Package:

£60,000 to £70,000 per annum
