Job description

I am working with a Global CRO who are passionate about being data and technically agile and driving enhanced value for clients and patients. Determined to improve patient health, they provide industry-leading statistical, programming, and clinical pharmacology contributions through global delivery. An opportunity has arisen for a Statistical Programming Manager to join them.

As a Statistical Programming Manager you will supervise a global team of Junior and Senior Statistical Programmers within the department, including mentoring, guidance, and active engagement on CDISC deliverable assignments.

*What you will be doing:*

* Oversee deliverables, quality, and regulatory compliance for CDISC SDTM and CDISC eCRT (Define.xml) programming deliverables.

* Act as a key contact for client interactions and bid defences as well as be the internal contact for large technical initiatives.

* Ensure effective delivery across all project requirements including communicating priorities and work direction to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.

* Provide client and department wide consultation on CDISC proposals, integrations, and submissions.

* Aid in business development activities.

* Act as project oversight role on multiple projects.

*What you will need:*

* MS/MA degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, maths or related field.

* Extensive Statistical Programming experience with leadership responsibilities.

* Excellent SAS programming skills and understanding of database structures.

* Capable of facilitating communication with clients, project teams, departments, and staff.

* Excellent management skills, including developing staff and their career objectives and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

* Solid decision-making skills to decide company policies and procedures regarding programming and in-depth understanding of tracking project budgets.

* Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and problem-solving capability.

* Capable of effectively organizing and managing multiple staff and assignments.
