Your new company
Our client is the world's leading premium school's organisation with campuses located across the globe, educating more than 66,000 students from kindergarten through to the end of secondary school. They are now seeking a Digital Performance Manager to lead their global digital performance marketing strategy and activation plan, growing enquiries and visits to their schools through online media in their London office. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and best practice sharing to Digital direct reports, regional teams and the wider MAC team.
Your new role
* Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services
* Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
* Develop a brand strategy
* Set and administer an annual marketing budget
* Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
* Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager
* Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
* Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
* Manage and refine the organisation's social media presence
* Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
What you need to succeed Essential
* Bachelor's Degree
* Hands on digital marketing experience
* Extensive experience executing digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media) with emphasis on Google AdWords and analytics
* Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
* Excellent analytical skills - with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
* Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs and ROI
* Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
* Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
* Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools
* Experience in project management and the ability to prioritise work against the organisation's goals

* Team management experience (agency \/ client side)
