Sales Executive | Telecoms | Salford, Manchester (Hybrid) | \u00A328k Base + 15k OTE

Your new role
You will be a huge part of the B2B sales team where you will be responsible for growing the sales for one of organisations thriving products

Responsibilities:

* Be accountable for defining and delivering plans to grow sales with providers in specific areas of the country.
* Work with trading and marketing to develop marketing campaigns specific to locations, ensuring that these campaigns land effectively and deliver sales and customer growth targets.
* Have a collaborative partnership approach, and work with third parties to maximise sales and opportunities.
* Utilise existing relationships to build contacts and opportunities in their respective areas
* Closely manage operational and promotional costs, understanding how costs in your area impacts the P&L
* Own and drives operational insights, processes, and policy improvements to improve performance, increase value and improve the customer experience.
* Be the voice of the customer at all times and challenges conventional wisdom to continually improve the experience we give our agents and customers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a proactive and customer focused sales professional, with experience within B2B sales looking to progress your career in a thriving organisation. You will need to have good problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
