The Role

Reporting into the Divisional Head of one of the leading SPV/Asset Management Service Providers in the UK you will be managing a PFI contract for an acute 1200 bed hospital in Norwich, Norfolk. Overseeing the FM providers delivering hard & soft FM as well as lifecycle projects. This is a complex contract with a real focus on compliance and the commercial elements of the contract. It has a relatively new team who need help and support and a variety of relationships with stakeholders that need to be managed carefully. This is predominantly a site based role and you will need to be able to travel to this location regularly.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a good depth of understanding of the healthcare environment. This can be from a client side role, SPV or FM provider. Some experience of managing teams delivering engineering services is essential although a TFM background is readily considered. You will need to have worked in a PFI environment before and be able to manage the different stakeholders involved in such a contract, along with a strong commercial understanding. This is a challenging operational role and therefore a candidate that can demonstrate a proven track record within this environment will have a distinct advantage.

They seek to protect and enhance the value of their investors assets which total £2bn.
