Role: Customer Relations Manager

Location: West Hall, West Byfleet

Salary: Up to £32,000

This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a national care home provider as a Customer Relations Manager. Our client has an outstanding reputation and you could play a key role in ensuring their continued success.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all local health and welfare teams such as local authorities, commissioning groups, GP's and District Teams to understand how our client can best serve them in the community. You will be the face of our client to prospective customers, their families and friends to help them in reaching a decision to choose our client's care.

Role:

- Ensuring enquiries result in agreements with new clients, helping our client reach their target for occupancy levels.
- Management of key contact lists to ensure the community is kept up to date with what our client is doing in the community and how they can assist them
- Working with Home Managers to ensure the move in process is a smooth and seamless transition from the decision-making process to the move in date

The Candidate:

- A successful track record of achieving results in a customer facing environment, demonstrating customer service skills
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector alongside customers and networking partners
- Knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques such as, the ability to negotiate, influence and drive sales agendas to new profitable opportunities and consultative processes.
- Experience of working to targets, KPI's and associated results
