NRL currently recruiting for a Administrator to with a client of ours, a leading supplier of industrial gases. This is a 12-month contract position, based in Hersham.Role Responsibilities:Assistance with diary management for the 2 Departmental ManagersArranging Departmental meetingsManaging travel requirements including flights, accommodation, transfers, processing of visa applications in a timely manner to support travel schedules and in accordance with corporate travel guidelines.Arranging and co-ordinating customer visits to our Headquarters to include, meeting arrangements, conference room bookings, catering, dinner, taxi transfersManaging and maintaining the office Safety Process - maintaining safety records, conducting safety auditsMaintaining meeting room bookingsOrdering office supplies / IT EquipmentAssistance with onboarding new starters for the TeamsCompletion of expenses for the 2 Departmental ManagersUndertaking ad hoc clerical tasks for the TeamsRole Requirements:Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisationBe able to work with limited supervision and be proactiveBe familiar will all aspects of office administration and organisationThe ideal candidate must have experience with booking international travel and visasWe are looking for a good degree of competence across a range of IT applications : Excel, Word, PowerPointSAP Platforms (Concur: expenses and travel, time reporting, Pcard reconciliation, Eforms) SharePointWhat's in it for you:Stable contract durationCompetitive salary and benefit package
