A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a prestigious and global organisation based in Harrogate, now going through their next period of evolution ready to hit the ground running in 2022 with their brand new direct sales department.

Sales Executive - Hunter
Salary: £20k basic + uncapped bonus on anything you bring in
Average Sales Executives in the business earn £30k - 40k per year altogether
2-3 days per week working from home

In the team we are recruiting for essentially they are good communicators, influential, polished and credible with an exceptional work ethic and purpose to always do better.

They are looking for confidence, drive, determination and an ability to communicate effectively and confidently with key stakeholders.

Main duties will include:

  • Generate new business relationships and opportunities within our clients from both internal and external data sources
  • Establish and maintain individual customer record files using a CRM system
  • Promote the service benefits to both new and existing customers either face to face or electronically
  • Communicate and articulate value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate our client from its competitors
  • Research and target self-generated new business leads
  • Qualify and exploit a comprehensive customer database
  • Profile your customers and develop an awareness of their business structure and target markets
  • Issue and follow up quotes and utilising the SAP/CRM systems - training provided on how to use these
  • Ensure all new products and brands are successfully launched into your customer base
  • Ensure that all your customers are aware of any web deals or promotions that may be launched from time to time
  • Develop excellent relationships with allocated customer contacts. Use all internal sales support resources and departments to maximise the customer's experience

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel and an understanding of Information Storage and Digital Consumer products would be an advantage.

The site is based on great public transport routes and has free parking should you choose to drive.

Hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm, 39 hours per week - No weekends!
