Customer Service Advisor - Mortgages

Location:Sheffield
If you love talking to people and putting customers at the heart of every task, you could be right for Lloyds Banking Group.
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group for a customer service advisor in their mortgage division, paying £10.11ph on a six month contract.
While working with Lloyds's customers you'll display excellent listening skills, the ability to resolve problems and a knack for developing product knowledge.
But above all else, as a customer service advisor you'll have a real interest in engaging in conversations, building relationships and listening to others.
THE ROLE:
Customer service advisor
6-month contract, with follow-up roles for the strongest candidates
35 hours a week
Working any five days from seven, with starts between 8am-12pm and finishes between 4pm-8pm. (You will need to work two weekends a month)
Based in Furnival Road, Sheffield

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls from stakeholders such as current Lloyds Banking Group mortgage customers and solicitors
Update callers on anything from statements, personal details, payments or payment schedules
Act as a brand ambassador while working as a customer service advisor
Provide a smooth and easy-to-follow process for all callers
Listen to any concerns and handle complaints

Administrative skills
Customer service advisor experience would be a benefit, but not essential
A passion for people
