Lloyds Banking Group - Customer Advisor
Location - Lovell Park, Leeds
Pay rate: £10.22ph
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a major bank for a customer service advisor in Leeds. You will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a passion for making a difference to customers in the financial sector.
Working in the stockbroking side of the business, you will resolve customer enquiries and complaints using your sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore you will gain knowledge in a wealth of complaints policies and also provide technical support.

ROLE:
- 6 month contract with the potential for further work
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 8am-6pm
- Proposed start date- a.s.a.p.
- To deliver first class customer service through the provision of accurate, professional and friendly contact over the phone to a wide range of customer enquiries
- Handle all calls regarding products such as ISAs, pensions and Online Investment Accounts
- Build relationships at peer level in order to clarify facts, verify technical details and exchange information
- Record all complaints in line with complaints handling policy, taking ownership of resolution
- A positive attitude towards customer service and helping others
- Strong communication skills, and able to present factual information in a logical and structured way
- Resilient under pressure and able to deal with complaints in a positive and professional manner
- IT literate and comfortable with use of keyboard
- Flexible and can adapt to changing situations
- Ability to motivate self and others to achieve challenging goals.
