Your new company
Your new company is a highly successful and innovative construction business based in Rotherham. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a driven Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis.

Your new role
In your new role as a Payroll Administrator you will be working with the Group Payroll Manager, Apprentice Payroll Administrator and Payroll Administrator until she goes on maternity leave and reporting into the Group HR Manager. You will be responsible for processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls, ensuring all payroll related queries are resolved and preparing monthly payroll reports. You will process Sub-contractors payments and CIS Returns. You will input and calculate any adjustments such as SSP, SPP, SMP, NI Workplace Pension, RTI, Tax and holiday pay. This is a full time role on a temporary basis, working Monday to Thursday 9am- 5pm and Friday 9am- 4pm.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, experience of working in a fast paced Payroll position is essential, with
the ability to manage numerous payrolls at one time. You will be a confident user of MS excel, including familiarity with pivot tables, lookups etc and have experience of managing in-house payroll. You will be hard working and dedicated, always striving to get the best results with good attention to detail. Be friendly, welcoming and approachable. Having great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and multi task is essential and having excellent organisational skills.
