CHASE is recruiting for an Evolving Health Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international medical technology company that's committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people in the UK every day. They are a leading player in the medical device market, across the UK and Europe and the United States.
The product portfolio is seen to be raising the standard in the industry and has a number of major influential advocates already on board.
An opportunity has arisen for an Evolving Health / Transformation Manager to join an innovative remote based team with the primary goal of partnering with the NHS as they embark on a rebuild and restoration strategy. The role will work across multiple business units to accelerate growth.
In this role, you will:

* Manage senior NHS stakeholders in organisations that are committed to innovation and care pathway development
* Work collaboratively and building relations with senior personnel within the NHS on both the provider and purchaser side
* Monitor sales against forecasts and determining market potential, working closely with the Region
* Manager (RM), Key Account Manager (KAM), Associate Rep (AR), and OrthoBiologics Sales Specialist (OSS)
* Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, purchasing, and pharmacy. Understanding different motivations and goals of these groups to help them reach agreement with their products
We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate knowledge of NHS systems and reimbursement structures. You will understand value-based procurement across the sales lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation and experience in a commercial / business development role in the medical (device), pharmaceutical industry.
You are someone who has strong commercial focus and enjoys partnering with our customers, stakeholders and key account managers and will focus on developing long term relationships to deliver projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of NHS care. You possess experience in a commercial / business development role in the medical (device), pharmaceutical industry.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room as well as experience managing a large territory. Experience in large scale strategic clinical transformational programs within the NHS would also be advantageous.
