Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will focus on coordinating talent solutions to address current and future staffing needs. Develops and implements timely, effective and efficient recruitment strategies and candidate feedback. Consults with Talent Acquisitions Manager and other Business Partners as needed on recruitment and interview processes. Creates an effective candidate network. Ensures qualified and diverse pipelines of candidates are considered. Designs and executes targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific searches as well as builds pipeline of building diverse candidates for future demand.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development and execution of search techniques to generate pools of diverse hourly / non-exempt candidates at all skill levels
  • Ensure all details are timely and accuratley documented in the HRIS / Salesforce system to include interview notes, completed interview workflow steps and update disposition codes for all candidates to be in compliance with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
  • Develops strategies for use of applicant tracking system, automated communications, networks, social media, research methods and cold calling to source passive and active candidates
  • Qualify candidates for needed competencies, cultural fit, skill set, availability, motivation, compensation and relocation
  • Provides feedback as soon as possible to hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely coordination through the recruitment process
  • Works to coordinate that the candidate experience and on-boarding is of the highest quality
  • Participates in various recruiting project initiatives including but not limited to, panel interviewing, training workshops, career fairs, university events and other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:

Education - Must have a Bachelors Degree

Experience - Must have 3 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment with at least 1 year of full lifecycle recruitment at either an executive search or staffing firm or in a corporate setting. Must have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HRIS or ERP software

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities -Strong skills in internet research, lead generation and MS office skills. Experience leveraging research methods, internet and social media tools to identify and map talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to multi-task and adapt as business needs change. Must be comfortable with passive and active applicant recruiting.
