Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, Inc. is a high-energy, cutting edge Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage with offices in San Francisco, Novato, CA and Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking experienced CSRs to join our dynamic team. The CSRs acts as liaison between clients, account managers and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience based judgment to resolve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with clients and co-workers.
• Provide support to both Renewal and New Business Teams by answering calls and assisting clients, lenders and other 3rd party request .
• Process and bill endorsements based on changes required.
• Keep records in AMS 360 through the use of suspense and/or activities of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Fulfill your part in the document management process within all aspects of your duties as including the final process of getting the policy to the insured.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property and Casualty Agent license
• 2+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience
• AMS 360 experience preferred, similar system is acceptable
• Intermediate-Advanced user of Office 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
