This is an entry-level Claims Representative position, which is responsible for confirming coverage, determining damages, negotiating settlements and making payments. The environment is fast-paced, continuously changing and highly production- based where managing an inventory of claims is critical. You will be responsible for making decisions regarding the claim through investigation and problem solving. The ability to problem solve, multi-task, and navigate quickly through multiple systems is crucial to the success of this role.

Essential Job Functions

In this role, the responsibilities include but not limited to confirming coverage, investigation on assigned cases, establishing damage and settling claims as quickly as possible. Education Requirements

Four-year college degree required.

Experience Requirements

Successful completion of the Office Claims Representative Certification process required, including all prerequisites and exams. External candidates have 6 months from the date of hire to complete the process.
