RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Work with great people. Relationship Managers make up the backbone of our healthcare staffing business. Relationship Managers build relationships with talented clinical profession- als and help place them in assignments at hospitals across the country. As a Relationship Manager, daily you will aggressively identify, qualify and recruit clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media. To be successful, you must be a self-starter generating your own leads. Given our corporate culture, it's a real bonus if you have a com- petitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, solid listening skills, and are uber organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute recruiting strategies to source,
qualify, and recruit clinical professionals.
• Act as first point of contact between candidates and SpringBoard. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, resolving issues with care and efficiency.
• Build rapport with potential candidates, educating them on the benefits of contract assignments and SpringBoard Healthcare.
• Partner with our Account Managers to pitch candidates open jobs, selling them on the benefits of each assignment.
• Negotiate profitable compensation packages
with our clinical professionals.
• Maintain relationships with clinical professionals on assignment with SpringBoard and proactively plan next assignment.

• Ability to build strong relationships with inter- nal and external clients.
• Excels in self generating leads and cold calling
prospects.
• Exceptional follow up and organization skills.
• Able to quickly overcome challenges, offer solutions, and stay positive regardless of the situation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, sales focused, and
changing environment.
REQUIRED
• 1-2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of exceeding sales goals and success metrics.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and
communication skills.
PREFERRED
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Telephone based inside sales experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a very competitive pay package (base salary + commission). First year OTE: $55-70K. Second year OTE: $100-110K. We offer Medical with a Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Accident & Critical Illness, Life Insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match. Short & Long-Term Disability insurance is fully paid by the com- pany after 1 year of service. We also offer 2 weeks of PTO on an accrual basis after 90 days of service, increasing to 3 weeks after 1 year of service.
