Responsibilities

Revolution Company is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative and motivating work environment and address customer issues/concerns. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based out of Little Rock, AR, or Mesquite, TX. This role can work as a hybrid role at home and in the office once training is complete.

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxes from various sources, including customers, sales representatives, and brokers.
  • Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards and assist in identifying and cataloging new processes.
  • Collaborate with appropriate parties and business units to identify the drivers leading to business success.
  • Handle transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Interpret and apply systems knowledge and tools to manage customer requests.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product/service features used in customers' business.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Consistently deliver a comprehensive, positive service experience to customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships with internal and external customers.


Qualifications

  • Associates degree and/or equivalent business-related experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to effectively assess customers' needs and provide answers, troubleshooting assistance, or resolutions.
  • Honest, optimistic, and a team player.
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to accurately handle multiple transactions in high demand, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated focus on a positive customer experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
