Kelly Science & Clinical is excited to be hiring a Quality Systems Supervisor for an established Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company in Anaheim, CA! The day shift Quality Systems Supervisor assists with development, implementation and maintaining of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems and Policies in compliance with various quality systems requirements including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, as well as customers' requirements

Duties:
  • Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times
  • Train and assist departmental Supervisors/Managers to apply employee involvement in the development of Procedures relating to their respective job function.
  • Develop and maintain controls of documentation in Quality Management Systems.
  • Make all of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and TS 22002-1:2009 documents available electronically to the vital personnel within a facility, keeps all documents updated and ensure vital plant personnel understand how to view files electronically.
  • Member of the HACCP/ Food Safety Program and certified PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual)
  • Develop and implement a variety of documentation in QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and TS 22002-1:2009 (GMP, HACCP Plans, Internal Audits) and product specifications.
  • Maintain license and registration for CDPH (Cannery, Process Food, Organic)
  • Conduct Monthly Training for all employees to align with ISO Standards
  • Analyze processes and systems to build continuous process improvements.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and trains appropriate personnel regarding the process for performing internal process reviews.
  • Participate in customer/regulatory audits, ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications and quality standards,
  • Coordinate, schedule and follow-up with Corrective Actions Program and Risk Assessments as the need arises
  • Review of the Food Safety Management Systems to ensure its continuing implementation, suitability, adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Promotes customer focus and customer satisfaction throughout the organization by meeting customer requirements, addressing conformity of products and services risks.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience or combination of experience and education in Food Production, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, TS 22002-1:2009, SPC, and Process Improvement concepts.
  • Highly motivated, upbeat with strong social skills
  • English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
