Combined Properties, Incorporated, an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented real estate firm managing over 34 retail shopping establishments in the Washington, DC and LA metro areas, has an immediate opportunity for a Property Manager to work in its Beverly Hills office. Position will be responsible for directing and monitoring day- to-day activities necessary to manage a portfolio of strip/mall shopping centers, office building and mixed-use residential developments comprising approximately 900,000 square feet in the greater LA-metro area. Incumbent will communicate with tenants, vendors, consultants, and corporate service departments to manage and direct lease and contract compliance, common area security and maintenance of centers, as well as conduct routine inspections.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field (Business, Finance, Real Estate), as well as (5) years' minimum experience in property management. Basic knowledge of real estate required. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of accounts receivable, budgeting and financial reporting, property operations, maintenance contract negotiations and tenant relations. Candidate must have own vehicle and be willing to travel within the Southern California area. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sustainability compliance and tax assessment and appeal management.

Candidate must be computer-literate to include a strong proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software in a Windows environment. Experience with MRI software preferred. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as conflict management skills.
