We've done this by creating the smoothest, most personalized, and most enjoyable online platform that guides homebuyers through every step of the process. By taking the time to actually learn about homebuyers and their needs, we can connect them to the best vendors to help make their homeownership dream a reality!


We are looking to bring on our first Business Development hire to help bring the best real estate agents into the DwellWell ecosystem. This role is part marketing, part sales, part customer success, and part strategist. Why all the different hats? Because this person will be a core member of the team, working directly with the CEO and Head of Marketing to design, test, and execute our go-to-market strategy.


No cogs in the wheel here - just super smart, fun, flexible thinkers who want to grow personally by being a foundational member of the team revolutionizing homebuying!



What you'll do:

  • Drive agent acquisition through creative, multi-channel outreach
  • Educate potential agents on the value of DwellWell
  • Ensure agent success through effective onboarding and ongoing support
  • Impact product development by being the "voice of the customer"
  • Maintain accurate notes, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM to ensure we can constantly improve
  • Work with the CEO and Head of Marketing to update our go-to-market approach based on in-market learnings
  • Have the opportunity to interact with every function, at every level of a venture-backed startup tackling a multi-billion market



Experience we are looking for:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in business or a related field
  • Work experience or internship at a technology company (bonus points for experience in real estate)
  • Experience connecting with customers across phone, email, and chat
  • Eloquent storyteller that can tie DwellWell's benefits to agent's bottom line
  • The ability to convince us that the above don't matter and that you are the perfect fit for the role
