3rd SHIFT ONLY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audits/enforce for GMP's, SSOP's, TQC, HACCP and USDA requirements on a scheduled basis.
  • Knowledge of HACCP SOP requirements-make decision based on set procedures.
  • Perform M3 computer transactions.
  • Write shift summaries. Write weekly reports as necessary.
  • Identify potential food safety issues and involve the proper department leads/supervisors.
  • Identify non-conforming products and audit product for export.
  • Assist In coaching/training of team members for proper documentation, product quality and food safety.
  • Coordinate a sampling plan for products on hold.
  • Record, identify and calibrate thermometers.
  • Perform swabbing as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must pass math test with a score of 70%.
  • High School Diploma and minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and M3.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP(s), and Food Safety Principles.
  • Must have excellent attendance record.
