Job description
The Product Manager will engage in user experience and apply clinical experience to create lifestyle-enhancing products and services
What You Will Be Doing
Lead development & review of detailed technical requirements/documentation ensuring product design aligns with product vision.
Partner with UX Researchers in qualitative/quantitative research design, data analysis, develop recommendations on results, communicate findings to solve user pain points.
Support Institutional Review Board approved clinical studies to evaluate patient outcomes.
Develop and manage clinical advisor relationships.
Assist UX research team in focus groups and usability studies with patient groups and healthcare professionals regarding needs and pain points.
Apply understanding of health inequities & social determinants of health to drive relevant, engaging user experience for diverse populations.
Incorporate expertise in cardiometabolic health, inputs from clinical advisors and research from evidence-based resources to develop and improve products.
Develop and execute content strategy in collaboration with Product, UX, Data Science, and Management teams to drive user engagement.
Ensure content meets Company standards, inclusive of clinical, legal, regulatory reviews, feedback and approvals.
Maintain editorial calendar & content inventory ensuring a single "source of truth" for Product, Operations, UX and Management team reference.
Evaluate competitors and market for emerging trends.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field, Masters Degree desired.
Must have at least one: Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP)
REQUIRED Minimum 5 years of experience along with coaching or counselling of patients with diabetes or related conditions.
Apply clinical experience and create lifestyle-enhancing products and services for patients.
Understand all aspects of diabetes education and lifestyle and behavioral modification approaches such as the Diabetes Prevention Program.
New product development, product strategy, and participation in innovation projects.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, written, and oral communication skills.
Start-up mentality, team player who thrive in a culture of execution and believing in a mission to help people live healthier lives.
Ability to work under deadline pressures, set priorities, respond to changing demands from multiple sources.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Bilingual English/Spanish a BIG PLUS.
