Description
Neighborhood's Talent Acquisition Partners or TA Partners are focused on building strong relationships with the hiring managers that they support. Through these relationships the TA Partner is able to fully understand the department and the positions being recruited for as well as anticipate additional hiring needs, assist mangers with creating and/or modifying job descriptions and job postings, create organizational charts to help with conversations around current structure, lead discussions around difficult to fill roles, the average time to fill critical roles and work to develop creative strategies that position the overall Talent Team into a more pro-active state of operating as opposed to reactive. TA Partners are data savvy in nature and able to provide additional information such as acceptance rates of offers and what the offer amounts have been. They are also our subject matter experts of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and can assist hiring managers and candidates on how to operate the system. All of this is critically important to the success of the Talent Team as well as the main core of this position which is full cycle recruiting, from posting the initial req and making the final job offer letter. From there the candidate transitions to Neighborhood's Onboarding Team. Req assignments can vary from PSR and MA roles to Advanced Practitioners and at times Providers. TA Partners are also actively involved in leading projects focused on collecting applicant data, hire acceptance/rejection rates, time to fill, etc. and building recommendations to decision makers on changes to processes and procedures.
Although this position is remote, site visits and being present and visible to the hiring managers is critically important.
